Important notice

For the safety and wellbeing of all animals in our care, we require all rabbits to be fully vaccinated and up to date before any service can be provided. For other species where applicable, vaccinations are strongly recommended to help protect their health and reduce the risk of preventable illness. However, they are not a mandatory requirement for booking our services. These guidelines are in place to ensure a safe, responsible, and well-managed environment for all pets we care for.

For the safety and wellbeing of all animals in our care, specific policies are in place regarding unneutered pets and animals in season. Female dogs in heat are not permitted to go on walks during their season or for three weeks after the heat has ended. During this time, they will be cared for appropriately within the home and exercised only in safe, controlled ways where necessary. Female cats in heat will not be allowed outdoors at any time during their season. These measures are in place to prevent unwanted pregnancy, reduce stress, and avoid potential injury or conflict with other animals. It is our responsibility to prioritise your pet’s safety at all times. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms within our service agreement. Intact male dogs will be walked in quieter, lower-traffic areas where possible. This is to help reduce stimulation and manage interactions safely, as some intact males may react differently around other dogs. Care is always taken to maintain control, safety, and a calm environment during all walks.

All bookings are secured with a deposit at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance is due in accordance with the terms set out in the individual service agreement. Payment dates are clearly specified within this agreement and must be followed accordingly. In some cases, payment is required on the day of arrival or the start of the service, as stated in the booking terms. No payments are accepted after the completion of the service. This ensures clarity and consistency for both parties and helps us maintain a smooth and reliable service for all clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these terms, as they are in place to keep everything fair, organised, and transparent.

Please note that we do not offer price matching or discounts with other providers. Our pricing reflects the individual care, time, responsibility, and high standard of service provided to every pet. This ensures we can continue delivering a consistent, reliable, and professional service while maintaining the quality of care each animal deserves.
